Hi,
Since around March 28th I seem to have had constant issues with my broadband kicking devices off gaming and badly buffering when trying to stream through Netflix/iplayer etc.
Previous has a BQM setup and this is showing a large amount of dropped packets day in day out. Any advice appreciated on how to resolve but suspect a VM technician will be required as had previous issues due to high ping.
Additional info below in reply posts on modem settings as previously provided.

You look to have noise ingress on the circuit, as noted by the PostRS errors. This will need a VM technician to sort out.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Hi JonAl
Thanks for your post
Sorry to hear about the issue with your connection
I can look into this for you and get an engineer booked
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
Regards
