Constant Packet Loss

Hi,

So I’ve switched over to virgin since December and it has been and absolute nightmare I’m on the 1Gbps plan and have never got anywhere near those speeds and constantly fluctuates(averaging between 400-800).

The issue is very clear when playing Warzone between 10am to 8pm with constant packet loss/packet burst with my upload being between 5-10mbps at these times I have called up 3 times now and it seems nothing has been done despite being told they have made adjustments. 

So if anyone could please help me out it would be great.

Please could you share your downstream and Upstream logs. 

Login your Modem/Router using 192.168.0.1 or click on this link provided you http://192.168.0.1/?device_networkstatus&mid=NetworkStatus
