Constant Disconnects on WOW/WOW Classic

So i have seen alot of posts about this and tried quite alot of different things to try and fix it, I was on to blizzard daily about the issue and running all their troubleshooting steps believing it to be a blizz issue as this is the only game i had issues with.

They were adament it was my isp but i wasnt due to it only happening on WoW, then one of the agents i spoke to said that it was common with alot of uk residents using virgin media. So after looking online i saw this was true.
One post suggested to use a vpn and that helped them, unfortunetly i tried that and this didnt work the vpn kept disconnecting and then the game.

so i have seen posts asking for the network logs so i wil paste below i seem to have alot of errors and warnings.

i am using the superhub 2ac not sure whether i should try and upgrade to a hub3 any assistance would be grate.

Are you using Wi-Fi or ethernet cable to connect to the Hub ?

Hi I am using Ethernet cable directly into the pc from the hub.

it literally only happens in world of warcraft, everything else is fine, i can have voice coms on at the same time and works fine i can even have Netflix on the other monitor whilst on warcraft which stays working fine. Other games have no issues.

What is it like with no other apps running ?

It may be worthwhile setting up a BQM and seeing what that reports at the time you have the WoW problems.

This happens with just WoW running and nothing else i have tried running it with a fresh install all security software off etc and it still happens.

 

what do you mean by BQM? I have run winmtr tests etc and sent to blizzard multiple times

Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.

Another thing you can try is to turn the game settings down to the bare minimum and see how that goes.

If it is OK turn one setting up by increments to see how it goes, then try another setting etc. etc.

I have tried all that it doesnt make a difference, I am very good with computers generally its just this one problem i can't solve sadly and being furloughed the last couple of months obviously i am using more and its getting to the point its unbareable

Have you set up the BQM yet ?
