Our 500 ultimate connection is vernally pretty good but over the last few weeks I've noticed lots of slow downs even just surging the web, obviously lots of people at home is putting a strain on the network, however last night gaining online for 1 member of my family was impossible, constant lag and disconnections to Blizzard lasted all evening.
I ran a check on the hub and it reported no errors, anything else I can do?
Hi I work in the field for virgin media and I hope this advice can help you. If you're using wifi you can try a cabled connection. If you're already using ethernet try removing all ethernets from the back of the hub, pin reset the hub. When the hub's back online connect through Wifi and check the speed.
