Connection Poor

My connection just keeps dropping even though I’m paying a bit more to have a good stable connection and can’t even get half of what im paying.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your connection. Are you able to give us a little bit more information so we can do our best to offer support with this? If you can please let us know the following;

  • Are these issues happening on Wired or Wi-Fi connections? (This helps us identify if the issue is with the connection coming into your hub from the local exchange, or if the issue is with Wi-Fi connections and coverage.) If the issues are primarily Wi-Fi based, please run some tests via the Connect app 👉 https://virg.in/connectapp. 
  • Are you using your hub with any 3rd party networking equipment? (For example your Hub in modem mode with another router, or mesh Wi-Fi system.)
  • Are you experiencing any speed issues? Or are the issues primarily with connections? 
  • Have  you checked for any local issues or outages here 👉 https://virg.in/service or call 📞0800 561 0061? Please let us know of any estimated fix time/date showing.
