- Are these issues happening on Wired or Wi-Fi connections? (This helps us identify if the issue is with the connection coming into your hub from the local exchange, or if the issue is with Wi-Fi connections and coverage.) If the issues are primarily Wi-Fi based, please run some tests via the Connect app 👉 https://virg.in/connectapp.
- Are you using your hub with any 3rd party networking equipment? (For example your Hub in modem mode with another router, or mesh Wi-Fi system.)
- Are you experiencing any speed issues? Or are the issues primarily with connections?
