Connection Loss superhub 3

Hey,

I have my Superhub 3 In modem Mode, however the internet keeps dropping.

These are my logs. Any idea what I could do? I have checked my router logs and there isnt any sign of disconnecting.

Re: Connection Loss superhub 3

Hey,

I get a lot of the partial service messages too, what does your router say, does it keep logs?

Hey,

These are my router logs,

Where it says internet disconnected - that is where I rebooted my router. Problem still occurs. Using a Netgear R7000 Nighthawk.

Re: Connection Loss superhub 3

Hey, I gave that a go, the problem still persists.

I just got off the phone with the technical team and all they done was tell me how to restart the super hub 3.

I asked for an engineer to come and take a look. But they completely disregarded that. This disconnecting issue I have had has been going on for months now.

I ran a speed test today and im on a 200mb package. I am getting a whopping 15mb

I am at the point where I am considering another ISP.

Kind regards

Taf

Re: Connection Loss superhub 3

Can you post your upstream and downstream power levels..

Go to 192.168.0.1

Do NOT LOG IN- Click router status

hub31.jpg

And post Downstream and Upstream levels..

@ModTeam  someone want to take a look at this one? Metrics look ropey.

Hi Taf26,

Can you reboot the hub for me, once you've done that wait an hour and repost the stats for me?

Re: Connection Loss superhub 3

Hey,

I had an engineer come out, turns out there was an attenuator attached which wasn't helping.

They replaced the isolator and retightened.

So far it seems to be working ok. No connection drops so far.
