I have been redirected here by Virgin Media on Twitter, i have a few issues no one can seem to fix so this seems to be the next step in resolving the issue
I am a social media content creator/ livestreamer/ editor so alot of my work is on my pc and requires solid internet connection my internet speeds have been dropping off massively the last few days and my connection keeps dropping a few times everyday and i can't so my full time job and it disrupts my work
