Connection Dropouts

All,

So I've been having a lot of intermittent connection dropouts recently, I have tried calling VM numerous times over the past few days, each time being on hold for over an hour then having the call ended on me so decided to post here instead to see if someone can answer.

So I had a the same issues a couple weeks ago and VM sent an engineer out, the engineer said there was an issue with my connection to the cabinet and that my signal attenuator was and old one, he said both those issues are fixed now and that the problem should be solved.

Then over the past few days the issue keeps rearing its head, see my most recent BQM graph showing multiple dropouts in a day, each for a significant period of time:

Can someone from VM please contact me to arrange another engineer visit as the issue clearly isn't solved.

on a hub 4 BTW, tried all the usual rebooting, pinhole resetting, nothing helps, always goes back to dropping out multiple times a day

I’m having the same issue which has been going on for 10-12 days now. Constant drop off in connection on both wired and wireless connection.
