Connecting Pod

Good Evening My VM pod isn’t connecting to my PlayStation anyone have any idea light just keeps flashing and sayin cannot get IP address in time limit

Re-pair the pod by moving it closer to the Hub.  Pods should be.placed halfway between the Hub and the WiFi black spot.

Hi @TAYLORMCCLEAN, thanks for your post and sorry that you're having issues with your Pod.

If the light is flashing on the Pod, it does mean unfortunately it's not working as it should be - the light should disppear when it's properly connected.

As @Adduxi has said, the Pod needs to be located approximately halfway between the Hub and the blackspot, rather than directly in the blackspot. Can you please try re-locating the Pod a little closer to your Hub, waiting around 10 minutes for the light to disappear again and see if this works?
