COM104019174 - High latency - need a update

Can someone please assist with a update. Had an engineer come round on Saturday and check that everything is sound on my side and it is, he said any further issues this week prove it is a congestion issue on the VM network and to get back in touch. I have sat in 3 chats all morning since 09:00am and still no answer. Can someone from VM please assist.
