Here's my BQM check out the last two hours ... post your BQM and see if you can beat that for latency and packet-loss mo-fo's.

CarterDerek, I think yours is gonna be one of the top lowscore ones.

Mine is close, but not quite as bad as yours:

BQMs as bad as that are due to something other than Virgin being overloaded. Post your modem stats here.

Hey jpeg1, my BMQ goes down and looks a lot more normal on some weekends (even under lockdown) which makes me think it is indeed overload.

Re: BQM Lowscore table ... post your BQM and lets see who's got it worse HAHA

Downstream power levels for 24 channels of 256 QAM are between +15 and +16.4, Signal To Noise is 38 for each channel. I have one channel showing 17 Post RS Errors ... been like that for hours (mehh shrugs shoulders). Upstream power ... now I was a bit paranoid with this as all four channels read 3.25 dBmV power ... I've since read somewhere that the SuperHub3 (which I received this week ... just making sure no issues at my end) displays the decimal point in the wrong place making the actual power levels +32.5 dBmV at 16 QAM (unless there has been a fix and my upstream powerlevels really are 3.25 !!!). So I'm not seeing this as an issue with connection between modem and Cabinet ... I think the graph also being so time sensitive, i.e. getting worse during the day and fine really late night, feels to me like a contention issue somewhere.

Those downstream levels are way out of spec.  That may or may not be contributing to the problem, but they do need to be fixed.

jpeg1 when you say "way out of spec" do you mean "... little bit high"?
