So I am a part time gamer but my work computer is suffering from the same latency issues as I am a video relay interpreter. I require a smooth image and frankly virgin has been sucking it throughout lockdown. I suspect that the issues are infrastructure related and therefore this will continue to the planned works are finished but this is just awful.
Look at your stats and straight away you have some of your downstream power levels are outside of the recommended specifications, one thing I would do while waiting for a Staff member to pick up this thread is too go around and make sure that all of your coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight best way to do this is too loosen the connection and re-tighten, once done that can you please power of hub for 30 secs and then back on, once that is done repost the stats.

I can see from the account that recently hubs have been changed - can you let me know which hub you're using currently or are you using the hub in modem mode? I have looked over the account and nothing stands out as to what would be causing an issue here, now that doesn't mean that a problem isn't present. Also can you confirm if you're using any powerline adapters etc whilst streaming/gaming?
