Arrange a technician visit

Hi all,

I’ve been having issues with gaming on virgin media for some time now. I get latency issues and a lot of packet loss. I play in a team of 8 and all of them who are on another provider have no issues. 

I have a Hub3 and 300mpbs. Running a high spec PC which is up to date. I use a cat7 Ethernet wired in. 

I cannot get though on the phone to arrange a visit. 

I appreciate any help.
