Apps say no connection to hub

Hi

i have the hub 4.  Everything in house runs fine, however I have downloaded virgin media/Wi-Fi apps and they state they are not connected to the hub. But everything else ok?!!!

Sorry to hear that the app is unable to connect to the hub.

Can you please try performing a reset on the hub on the hub and then attempted to find the hub on the application.
