heya,

so like sees to be a common theme at the moment i have such a high packet loss at the moment im teathering off my phone because i cant load webpages

iv noticed my ping increase during peak times but not noticed any real world issues from it, but this afternoon i get home and the network is completly borked

iv had engineers come a few months ago and replace my hub, as well as adjusting my signals

Sorry to see of the packet loss issues you have been experiencing. I have checked our system and can see there was a fault in the area when this was reported. This fault has now been resolved.
