After a few weeks of good service - back to ridiculous packet loss.

BQM below, Once again bad loss and connections drops both yesterday and today.

everyone plugging in new devices. and updating.
All the 50GB console updates, Game downloads, Windows updates on new computers.

It might clear up after the christmas peak

Doesn't explain the severe and near random packet loss, including between 5-10am, I would suggest?

Exactly the same for me. Got it sorted 2 weeks back, was fixed within an hour. Past few days - dropped packets all over the shop. Beyond frustrating. I'm convinced they are throttling and/or diverting traffic. 

Especially frustrating when I depend on upload to be consistent for live streaming.
