5mbps Upload??

I'm only getting around 4 or 5 Mbps upload on my PS5 rather than the promised 20 Mbps? 

Other devices are showing 20 Mbps so it appears to only be a problem on the console.

My console is hardwired with an ethernet cable.

Retest the upload speed of the console on a more local speed test server.

Were sorry to hear you are having issues with your PS5 device and upload speeds. 

Do you have the hub in modem mode or router mode please?

How have things been since posting?

You would just know otherwise your in router mode in fact the VM Forum Team should know what mode your in anyway.

Hi @Russell1976 thanks a lot for your reply.

If you are unsure and you have WiFi operating directly from the Hub, we'd assume your Hub would be in Router Mode as this is the default setting.

Have you tried a different ethernet cable and/or port in your Hub as this can prove a basic, but easy fix?
