It has been like this all week, disconnecting all the time, can't use voice chat, can't play games and it's beyond a joke now!

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your broadband service.
I have taken a look on our side and it is showing that our system is having issues reaching your hub.
What I will do is private message you so we can look into this.
