40% packet loss. The service is getting worse and worse.

At this stage, being a VM customer is being in an abusive relationship.  The service is just getting worse and worse.  At this juncture, I'm auditioning competitor's services with a view to subscribing to two other providers and using load balancing hardware to benefit from those alternative subscriptions simultaneously - at a TCO that's cheaper than Virgin Media are charging me.  My bill date is due.  It's likely that I will be cancelling my Virgin Media broadband on the due date.

Nothing came of it after speaking with support via telephone.  At this point I'm pretty much calling it and switching provider from the 14th.
