Hello!
This is a bit of a double question, apologies.
Firstly I've been having awful ping spikes making any gaming impossible at peak times (don't fancy playing between 12-7am) for the past 2 weeks. Before this I noticed less frequent ping issues but more than on my old hub 3.
Secondly my WiFi pod boosters can barely give me speeds of between 20-100mb, even when plugged in right next to the router to test.
I think I'm armed with a couple days worth of BQMs, but I'm assuming people will need more information to help meaningfully, happy to post whatever is required.
Thanks
😊

getting worried that it's not something that you can fix quickly.
Alas that is exactly the case, looking at the logs from the Hub and the stats you posted, there’s nothing obviously wrong with your connection. What you are experiencing is upstream congestion, simply too much traffic for the infrastructure to handle and one time.
There’s nothing for VM to fix, nothing is actually broken, of course they could invest considerable time and money in increasing the local capacity but that’s not something that is done quickly (think months or years) or even will be done at all as there often isn’t a business case for it.
A good similarity would be cars on a road, all is good until more people use the road at the same time and it gets congested. If you find yourself getting held up driving to work then there’s no point buying a faster car (upgrade your broadband subscription to a higher tier), neither is there any advantage in the council resurfacing the road - there’s nothing wrong with the road, there’s just not enough road for everyone to use at the same time without hold ups.
Of course they could add more lanes (upgrade the capacity) but that’s not an easy or cheap option and if you think that the hold ups aren’t too bad and/or might be short/medium term only, then you really won’t be willing to spend the money.

Hi akashmash
Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry that your gaming experience is not what you'd expect it be, considering the package you're subscribing to. I would like to take a closer look on your behalf. I am going to send you a private message.
