Hi. I'm struggling with terrible lag whilst online gaming. I've got the new 1GB line and yet the game is freezing, stuttering and playing pretty badly.
Thinkbroadband shows I'm getting some v high latency spikes.
I'd be grateful if Virgin could send out an engineer to resolve this problem.
Any ideas for optimal settings for the hub 4 would be gratefully received as well. Thanks.

Sorry that you're experiencing lag when you're gaming, I know that's not the best. We'll do our best to help you with this.
I've had a look at the backend of your services and I'm not able to see anything that would account for the problems that you're having.
Have things improved since you posted on Tuesday?
If not, would you be able to set up a BQM again here and leave it running for at least 24 hours. You can either provide screenshots or a live link to the results so we can take a look.
