I got virgin media broadband today.

On my PC using https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ I am getting 523MB Download with 0% packet loss on a wired connection.

However doing the test network speed statistics on my Xbox Series X I'm getting 593MB Download speed but with 100% packet loss. 

I then tried unplugging the ethernet and doing the same test and I was only getting 95MB download but still with 100% packet loss.

Any advice?

The Xbox Series X stats are nonsense, a 100% loss of packets results in a totally failed speed test.

Unfortunately it's a Microsoft issue.
Seem a lot of people all over the world are getting this, but some say they have started getting back to normal as of this morning.
