1 year later, still having lagspikes and disconnects in M4

Can anyone from VM take a look at this? I'm on a Hub 4. This is my chart for today:

Last time I was told it was due to oversubscription. Here are my status tables:

Re: 1 year later, still having lagspikes and disconnects in M4

Hub stats are OK.  BQM is still showing over-utilisation.  Either (1) the previous problem was downstream, and got fixed, but now due to lockdown there's the (fairly widespread) problem of upstream over-utilisation, or (2) the original problem was never actually fixed, they just upgraded the area to DOCSIS 3.1, hoping that would cure it, and it hasn't.

On the assumption that (1) applies, VM can't and won't do anything about it, and the problem will likely resolve when we come out of lockdown.  If that's not an attractive idea, then the other option is to get an Openreach ISP connection.
