1 second service, two seconds no service

I will attach the thinkbroadband monitor,

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/dc3e82da65f2ff05fc181caa5462e058c83702f0

Now I ask any of you moderator/admins how should I use this and need to point that is been like this for 3weeks and the only recommendation has been reboot the router.

When I send an email, I have to save it in a notepad before I send it because when I press send I don`t know if the connection will time out and other numerous situations, can`t game, can`t watch youtube, have to refresh endless times till I can load a page.

Are you guys happy with this?

I spent hours on the phone just to be told to reboot the router.

It`s sad because I had impeccable service for 9 months and since I have been sent this test device named Hub 4 you guys took your hands off and left the customer to deal with a non tested and compliant device.

Can I be refunded for this half days of service as after my contract ends is obviously I will leave as I can`t beg for service when I am paying money for it. I have the graph running from the 4th and half of this period the service has been how you see it above.

It appears you either have an issue with your line or there is a local outage.

Have you checked your service status?

Compensation is automatic, if you have a full outage.

Re: 1 second service, two seconds no service

There is no issue in my area.

The router has this weird behaviour where by the looks of it it does not allow anymore custom wireless network name or password changed.

If I restore factory settings, the router works fine, at least it did in the last 12H.

If I use a custom name for my network and change the passwords, the routers stops responding to ping on the gateway. but oddly enough if I ping google, it responds.

Obviously I can`t use the internet like this as when the ping in the gateway fails, also the DNS is dying.

All to the best, tomorrow I have the fibre coming so I can set aflame the Hub4 from Virgin.

If you want to be charged for not returning the kit (I assume you were exaggerating!).
