Try entering the answer in all Upper Case letters.
Do you have a current Virgin Media broadband contract and is the virgin.net email address correctly linked to it?

You might try entering the answer to the security question in all upper case letters.
But I do need to ask the question, you are still a current VM broadband subscriber, yes?
