I have issues with email since 29/08. The mailbox is unavailable on web, nor can i send and receive emails from my mobile.
I contacted support on 29/08 who said there were platform work going on and it would be resolved on 30/08, alas to say it was not resolved for me on the 30th.
I rang support again on the 31st September and they unlocked the account, it worked for a short while where i received backlogged emails.
I rang support again on the 2nd September who reset my password, this didn't resolve the issues either.
Yesterday i rang support once more, and they have escalated to level 4, and said it should be fixed within 5 more days. i am not very hopeful on this.
i am a broadband user.
Although my email password was was changed and it didn't work, i thought i would change it again as it fixed an issue today by another user on the forum.
and i am please to say it fixed the issue.
