virgin.net password reset

Hi there! I am trying to find a way of accessing or resetting my virgin.net password. I stupidly deleted the account off my iPhone mail app and don't have a record of what the password is as it was set so long ago. I still use this email as it is associated to my icloud and other necessary accounts. How can and/where can I retrieve or even update it.

Sorry to hear you deleted your .net email by accident.

Can I just ask first of all if you still have active services with us?

If so we could take a look from here at resetting it.

If not then sadly it may not be possible. As it will now be an orphaned account.
