virgin.net email

Hello,

Please can you terminate my very old virgin.net email account.

I am not a current VM customer, but used a virgin dial up service many years ago. I still receive forwarded virgin.net emails but now wish to have this account deleted. Recent activity suggest it has been compromised. It is not an address I use and have not had access to it for some time (years).

Closing Hacked email account

Trying to close/delete an old virgin.net email. It has been hacked and sending out lots of spam emails.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community I am sorry to hear you have been hacked, are you still a virgin media customer and if you are is this your primary email that has been hacked?

Thank you Graham, missed that bit comes from using a laptop as apposed to a desktop.

Thank you for getting back to me. 

The email address is from an old dial up account probably 15 years ago. I am no longer a virgin customer and haven't actively used the account for some years.

I'll await the direct message.

Paul would normally send the Private Message straight away.  Have you checked the purple envelope in the top right hand corner of the community page?
