No, the accounts in question ( [removed] and [removed]) do NOT now appear under My Virgin Media, so they have been removed. Yes, we do have non-ISP email boxes, but getting these virgin.net boxes reinstated is essential to us: these accounts are known to all our friends and families in the UK and overseas, and we use them to deal with all sorts of issues.
