virgin.net email accounts

Hi there,

 

does anyone know how i can get my virgin.net email account back working?

Hello

Only if you are still a  VM broadband account holder and the email address has not already been deleted, can you check if the email address still exists at https://email-checker.net/

Thanks for replying, i checked yesterday and it is still a valid email address and i have a virginmedia account

But do you still pay for VM internet. That is a key question to know what to advice

Hello

Okay then VM may be able to do a move and transfer the email address to your current account, beware that it will replace all email addresses that are on your current account.

I have escalated to the VM forum team, somebody will be along in this thread to resolve it for you.

There is an IT issue involving the old account so I've raised a ticket for them to sort this and the Move and Transfer out. Your reference is P010087326. Their timescales are 3-5 working days.
