I am trying to log into my virgin.net email account and I am getting the message that my mailbox is not available at the moment. This may be a temporary thing but from looking on this forum I am concerned that it may have been made inactive. It was working fine yesterday.
I have had no notification that the account would be de-activated.
I am a virginmedia customer but my virgin.net email account is not associated to my virginmedia account.
Is there anyone that can help me with this please?
if the old virgin.net address is still active and was created under an account in your name it may be possible for staff to move it to your current account. This will, however, delete any current email addresses on your current account
Hi K123, This appeared to be an authentication issue, that IT was able to solve. I would advise that since it is a standalone account it will eventually be removed, so it may be best that while it is live, to migrate to another account.
