virgin.net email account deactivated without warning.
Following my previous post I am still no nearer a resolution. I have replied to a DM from virgin media providing the information they requested.
Please contact me to resolve this situation.
To recap - my email account was deactivated with no warning. I was promised access to my virgin.net emails if i took out a virginmedia account. I did this over three weeks ago but despite lengthy calls every two days I still haven't got access to my account. The email account is the recovery account for all my banking mortgage credit card and online accounts. I holds expensive e tickets that I hadn't got a chance to save before I was summarily blocked.
