As of yesterday I cant access my email account for virgin.net. Very frustrating morning trying to reconnect. I have 2 laptops and iphone also cant access also my virgin phone account probably because its linked to my .net email address.
Same as other community members, I see that I have the same problem.
Has my account been deleted, is this a blip and it will come back?
I did have Virgin broadband but when I moved it wasn't available but able to keep my email.
I have important emails which I cant access.
