we have just discovered that my wife can no longer use her VM Email account
anf that furthermore these accounts were withdrawn in May which I do not recall being informed about!
her life is invested in this old NTL email address @blueyonder.co.uk
she has signed uo for all sorts of things using it
Can we switch to another provider and use this address?
I have been cut off completely I cannot access that old account either
when I tried there were no options to change the password etc as before
what is the solution to this conundrum?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the Community. We're sorry to hear that your wife's email account is no longer working.
When an email address stops working, it's usually because it's connected to an account that has no active broadband subscription or it's been picked up in a security audit and been locked for your security. If the latter, performing the steps in this thread will unlock it automatically.
If after completing these steps, the email remains locked, pop back to us here and we can help you further.
