Hey muffmasterh, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.

When you are unable to send, are you fine logging in and seeing your inbox / messages okay?

Is it possible to try another device / browser to see if emails can be sent from there?

I would also try sending it to a different email as a test to see if that works?

I have the same problem i cant send to anybody, the error indicates a server problem

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with sending emails. Can you let us know the following?:

• When logging in to VM webmail, are you able to send and receive email from here? If not, what is the error message you are getting?
• Are you currently trying to send mail through an app or mail client? 
• Is this happening when sending all mails or only to a certain address?
