When open emails on laptop it comes up with exclamation mark on primary account. I have another account and this works ok. I can get all emails on my phone but not on laptop!!!!!
After a while (your ntlworld settings are out of date) displays on my laptop.

Please try clearing your cache and cookies from your laptop and let us know if this has helped gain access to your emails.

Cleared all cookies and cache.
No difference deleted account and put new password in still same (looks like I will have to put up with it)
