Oh my I hope someone can help.
I was prompted to change password on my virgin.net account this morning and have been stuck in a loop since getting the message that there is a problem registering that password, please try another one.
Having read some of the queries on here, I fear my account has been orphaned which is tragic timing - I am going into hospital tomorrow and all my hospital and health notifications are registered to that email account.
Was a bit stressed anyway, now even more so. AArrgh
Any help/advice gratefully received

How were you prompted to change password?
Have you tried resetting the password via Forgotten your Password? | Reset Here | Virgin Media?
