unable to login to ntlworld email on Laptop

I can access my ntlworld email via my mobile phone but when I try to access via laptop I just get

"We didn’t recognise the email or password you entered. Please try again"

Please help I want to tidy my inbox out

Are you using webmail or an email client on your laptop; if the latter try the former?

@FishFinger  Do you have a current VM broadband account?  Does the Ntlworld email address concerned show up when you log in to your primary My Virgin Media account for your current VM broadband connection either under the account details tab or the Manage other My Virgin Media accounts link?
