unable to connect to email account

unable to connect to my email account on virgin website. Any ideas. This has lasted 3 days now.

Email account not working

My sons Ntlworld email account is not working. He has tried it through the website and Outlook but no connection. Can someone please explain what is wrong

ntlworld email not available

Same issue here, son's mailbox unavailable and needs re activating please.

Having the same issue. Unable to reset password as well which apparently is a way to fix it yourself but, like many others, the password reset form doesn't recognise any secret question answers.

Error seems to be the result of spam emails in some form, needing someone at Virgin to reactivate the mailbox for us.

Thanks for posting. Please refrain from multiple posts about the same thing, this is against forum rules.

 

I have seen my colleague has tried to assist with this. It's only the account holder that can do this so would need to be them we speak too
