unable to change email password

Hi guys.

Having problems accessing my email.  Cant log in and i cant change the password.

I get the error message 

 

"We couldn’t verify your identity

Failed to create user in PingOne"

Anyone else experiencing email problems?

As far as I know this is an ongoing issue that is being investigated by VM
