The error you are seeing usually arises because Virgin Media have locked the account because they have detected suspicious activity,
Sometimes resetting the password unlocks the account but obviously not in your case.
A member of the Forum Team (VM employees) can get this sorted for you. They do not email posters, you will have to wait until they contact you via this forum. They will then get your details using the Private Message (PM) facility on the forum. Please do not post the email address here.
Once you have regained access to the account you must follow all the advice here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-has-been-hacked to make your account as secure as possible.
The Forum Team deal with each post in turn and it may take them a day or two to reach out to you. In the meantime keep an eye on this thread.
