unable to access virgin media account

For last week have been unable to sign in to virgin media account. Cannot access emails or anything as the sign in doesn't work.Sick of ringing customer services who just keep fobbing me off with different excuses but no resolution.Every day am told it will be back to normal by 7pm.i am getting a silly message starting with Oops! and 606 error message. Cannot access virgin on Chrome, Opera or mobile phone.Customer service is a disgrace.
