Trying to reset my ntlworld email password,, try to login to Virgin Media to change/reset password and get an error code DEF01.

No access to my email since 17th May now ! 😞

Welcome to the community. Sorry you're having issues signing up for the Virgin Media app. 

Are you trying to register for an online account? If so, can you please try using a browser other than Chrome and use this link here. When creating your password please follow this criteria; 

• Between 8-10 characters
• Start with a letter
• Contain at least one number
• No special characters
