when i sign in to my virgin e.mail account on my laptop a blue screen appears saying This service is not available right now .Retry
at the bottom of the screen in the middle it says Rev 58
I can access my mail from my ipad

Problem usually caused by a corrupt cookie or cache entry.
Clear your browser cache and delete cookies relevant to Virginmedia.
Alternatively use a different browser.

Thankyou for your reply , I am quite a novice although I know how to clear my browsing history I am not sure about deleting the cookies but will research this, does this mean my laptop has been hacked.
This isn't usually a symptom of hacking, just something that happens occasionally.
