I asked for updates from Virginmedia regarding a TV issue highlighted. I get them everyday to say an engineer is in the area and the end date is always the following day.
I have since learned that this is an issue where no Virginmedia TV boxes receive Disney TV in the area. There are no engineers in the area fixing the problem as they have not figured out how to resolve the problem.
How do I discontinue these update emails?

@makemray If the TV issue is showing on the status page then I believe that you can cancel the updates via that page.

Hi @makemray
Thanks for posting on our community forum!
Sorry to hear about your issue, are you still receiving the emails as of yesterday / today? Can you provide me with a screenshot of the full outage update email please?

Hello, I have not received an update today as of yet. Not sure if I got one yesterday as I may have deleted it can't remember. This is an earlier one I received that states problem will be resolved by the 21st June. The status check I did today states engineer on their way and expect to be resolved the 29th June lol
Anyway, not an issue for me but as long as the emails stop. Hope that has been resolved.

Hi Ray, thank you for keeping us updated! So sorry that this is still ongoing.
Can I just check that the emails are being sent to the primary contact email on your account?
Hopefully they stop after the new date of 29.06.22, please do keep us in the loop if you are still receiving the emails!
The most important thing is we ensure you are not experiencing any issues with your TV service!
All the best
