spam/blacklist

Hi..question..I get loads of junk so I blacklist them, recently tried to blacklist but said blacklist full so I deleted them, does this mean the ones I deleted will now start coming through again and I will need to blacklist again or are they stored/hidden somewhere in the system?

Re: spam/blacklist

When I asked this question some time ago someone told me 'yes they would'.

Incidently the new ones go to the bottom of the list, so delete a few at a time from the top..... Good luck..

Re: spam/blacklist

Thanks for that.. They are a flipping nuisance!! I'm asking because I'm suppose to get shopping receipts via email but I'm not, and I'm wondering if I blacklisted them by mistake but if what you say is right, they should still come through????

In webmail do you see any unexpected rules under ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email > Filter rules? If yes then follow the advice here What to do if your email's been hacked and afterwards sign into webmail and select ☰ > Quit other sessions > Yes, close all other sessions
