Apologies for the delayed response and sorry that you have not been receiving emails. Have you been able to get this sorted since your post?
If not can you clarify if this is issue is occurring directly from your online email account or is this for an app or email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird?
Have you tried sending an email to your self to see if this was delivered?
