I use Thunderbird to manage my e-mails. Received the following error message when trying to send e-mails:

Login to server smtp.blueyonder.co.uk with username ************@blueyonder.co.uk failed.

When the issue next occurs:

• return to main Thunderbird window
• press Ctrl + Shift + J to access Error Console
• in Filter Output field type mailnews or VM
• look for VM error code and post it here, for example VM320, for example:

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your email at this time. Though we do not support third party tools, we can help and support best we can. 

Are you able to access your email and send them okay when you sign into our webmail or do you also have issues sending from there?

Please let us know if you have an error code as advised above and the community will be able to support further?
