"Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment"

My email cannot be accessed since Friday 28/08/2020.

What is going on??

It usually means that the mailbox has been locked as a security precaution.

The VM Forum Team should be able to help you with this when they reach this thread.  That may not be until Tuesday with tomorrow being a bank holiday.
