"Forbidden" message.

For a number of days I have been unable to use my PC emails as this 403error message appears.

I rang the 150 and eventually got through to the engineers and they said they would look into it.

Here I am days later and still unresolved....................what can I do.

With Virgin since 2009............how much longer!!!

It's utterly pathetic isnt it. All you get is someone trying to tell you its a local problem and to clear your cache and cookies or try a private browser. Totally garbage, for some reason Virgin is blocking access to these accounts and it is nothing local at all!
